Say BYE…… to Exam Stress………….


      We recognize that many students experience heightened stress levels as examinations approach and in some cases that stress can become very acute, resulting in what many people refer to as panic attacks. The term 'exam stress' is a feeling of anxiety over one's performance in the exams, the results and reaction of parents and friends; all weigh upon students to create exam stress. The final exams for Class XII and Class X are near. For those of you who are appearing for these exams, here are some tips that can help to minimize the stress. It was compiled by
