 ഒന്‍പതാം ക്ലാസിലെ ഇംഗ്ലിഷ് പുസ്തകത്തിന്റെ നാലാം യൂണിറ്റ് പ്രകൃതിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടതാണ്. ആദ്യ പാഠം പ്രകൃതി ചൂഷണം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാറായി എന്ന മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നല്‍കുന്നു. തന്റെ അദ്ധ്യാപകനായ ശ്രീ. കൃഷ്ണകുമാറില്‍ നിന്നും പ്രചോദനം ഉള്‍ക്കൊണ്ട് ഘനശ്യാം എന്ന ഒന്‍പതാം ക്ലാസ് വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥി 'ആഗോള താപനത്തെപ്പറ്റി' തയ്യാറാക്കിയ ഒരു സ്ലൈഡ് ഷോയും ഒരു ന്യുസ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടും ആണ് ഇന്നത്തെ പോസ്റ്റ്‌.

'ഒരു കുട്ടിക്ക് അമ്പത് ഇംഗ്ലിഷ് പുസ്തകം'

പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരേ,

                           ഇംഗ്ലിഷ്  ഭാഷാ പഠനത്തിനായി വ്യത്യസ്തമായ ഒരു ആശയവുമായി മുന്നിട്ടിറങ്ങുകയും വിജയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയിലെ കൊളത്തൂര്‍ നാഷണല്‍ സ്കൂളിന്റെ തനത് പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുകയാണ് ഈ പോസ്റ്റിലൂടെ...'ഒരു കുട്ടിക്ക് അമ്പത് ഇംഗ്ലിഷ് പുസ്തകം' എന്ന ഈ പദ്ധതി വഴി എട്ടാം ക്ലാസിലെ ഒരു കുട്ടി പത്താം ക്ലാസ് എത്തുമ്പോഴേക്കും 150  പുസ്തകങ്ങള്‍ വായിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടാവും. 2012 ജൂലൈ 28 നു തുടങ്ങിയ ഈ പദ്ധതിക്കായി രണ്ടായിരത്തോളം പുസ്തകങ്ങളാണ്  അവര്‍ സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സഹകരണത്തോടെ പുതുതായി വാങ്ങിയത്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ എല്ലാ വിദ്യാലയങ്ങള്‍ക്കും മാതൃകയാക്കാവുന്ന ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ പിന്നില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചത് സ്കൂളിലെ ഇംഗ്ലിഷ് അധ്യാപകര്‍ പ്രത്യേകിച്ചു രാംദാസ് എന്ന ഇംഗ്ലിഷ് അദ്ധ്യാപകന്‍ ആണ്.

                          പോസ്റ്റ്‌ വായിക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം താഴെ ചേര്‍ത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്ഘാടന സമയത്തെ അവരുടെ ക്ഷണക്കത്തും പദ്ധതി സംബന്ധിച്ചു പത്രങ്ങളില്‍ വന്ന വാര്‍ത്തയും ശ്രദ്ധയോടെ വായിക്കുമല്ലോ...

Please be with us on the occasion of the inauguration ceremony of our novel project  “A Dream Come True” –‘the first of its kind in the state’.

This project envisages accelerating the pace of English language learning by providing pupil friendly English books in the class rooms with plenty of scope for a variety of curriculum related discourses and other extended activities.

The project involves providing 50 ENGLISH BOOKS FOR EACH PUPIL in standards 8, 9 &10 and it ensures, with the constant support of the English teachers, that each pupil reads a minimum of 50 English books on completion of an academic year.

The books are carefully selected by our English teachers so that the level of language and the content are suitable to help us improve our reading skill and enhance our passion in the language and literature.

The project is ‘the first of its kind in the state’ as it is a collective effort of our parents, teachers, alumni, school management, well-wishers and a few reputed commercial organizations.

We feel that such a project will significantly help us learn English language in a more enjoyable way. We do feel proud of our teachers who dreamed this project and made it a reality.

So, we request your esteemed presence while our Honorable MLA. MR. Ahammed Kabeer inaugurates the Book Kit distribution and the English Club Activities of our school on 28^th July, 2012 at 9.30 AM at National High School, Kolathur.

പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരേ ,

                  കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം ( 2011 ) സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ മൂന്നാം തീയതി രാവിലെയാണ്  ഈ ബ്ലോഗിന്  തുടക്കം കുറിച്ചത്... സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ അഞ്ച്  അദ്ധ്യാപക ദിനത്തില്‍ കേരള സിലബസ് പിന്തുടരുന്ന ഇംഗ്ലിഷ് അദ്ധ്യാപക വിദ്യാര്‍ഥി ലോകത്തിന്  ഉപകാരപ്പെടുന്ന ഓഡിയോ, വീഡിയോ, എഴുത്തുകാരെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങള്‍, ഗ്രാമര്‍ പഠനത്തിനുതകുന്ന വിഭവങ്ങള്‍ , പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ബ്ലോഗുകളിലേയ്ക്കുള്ള ലിങ്കുകള്‍ എന്നിങ്ങനെ അനേകം വിഭവങ്ങള്‍ ഒരു കുടക്കീഴില്‍ കൊണ്ട് വരിക എന്നതായിരുന്നു ഉദ്ദേശം.

                  ബ്ലോഗ്‌ തുടങ്ങുന്നതില്‍ സഹായിച്ചത് കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിലെ കണമല സാന്തോം സ്കൂളിലെ മലയാളം അദ്ധ്യാപകനും ഐ. ടി. അദ്ധ്യാപനത്തില്‍ തല്പരനുമായ ജിം ജോ സര്‍ ആണ്.  "ഒരു ബ്ലോഗ്‌ തുടങ്ങാന്‍ വളരെ എളുപ്പമാണ് . പക്ഷെ അത് നിരന്തരം അപ് ഡേയ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യമെന്നുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ മാത്രമേ തുടങ്ങാവൂ "  എന്ന് അന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞ വാചകങ്ങള്‍ ഇന്നും എന്റെ മനസിലുണ്ട്. പിന്നീട് കാര്യമായ പ്രതികരണമോ പ്രോത്സാഹനമോ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നില്ല എന്ന എന്റെ പരാതി കണ്ട അദ്ദേഹം " നിരാശനാകരുത്.... ഉരുട്ടി വായിലിട്ടുകൊടുത്താല്‍ അപ്പാടെ വിഴുങ്ങി ഉപ്പില്ലെന്നുപറയുന്നവനാ മലയാളി....ഒന്നും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കണ്ട. കമന്റ്സ് പോലും.... സേവിക്കുക... അതുമാത്രമാവണം ലക്ഷ്യം... ഡൈവോഴ്സ് നോട്ടീസ് പിന്നാലെ എത്തിക്കോളും " എന്ന് കമന്റ് ചെയ്ത് പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ചു. ബ്ലോഗിന്റെ ഹോം പെയ്ജിലെ ചിത്രവും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സംഭാവനയാണ്.

                   ബ്ലോഗിലേയ്ക്ക് പലപ്പോഴായി പഠന വിഭവങ്ങള്‍ അയച്ചു തന്ന മാത്യു  മുള്ളംചിറ , തങ്കച്ചന്‍ കെ. എം. കുളപ്പള്ളില്‍ , അബ്ദുല്‍ അത്തിഫ് ഹമീദ് എന്നിവരെ നന്ദിയോടെ ഓര്‍ക്കുന്നു. നേരിട്ടും ഫോണ്‍ , ഈ മെയില്‍ എന്നിവ വഴിയും  പിന്തുണ അറിയിച്ച നൂറുകണക്കായ അധ്യാപകരെയും വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികളെയും രക്ഷകര്‍ത്താക്കളെയും വ്യക്തിപരമായ നന്ദി അറിയിക്കുന്നു.

             തുടക്കം മുതല്‍ പിന്തുണ തന്ന 'ഹിന്ദി മന്ത്രണ്‍ സഭ കൊട്ടാരക്കര' , 'ഇംഗ്ലിഷ്  ഫോര്‍ കോമണ്‍ മാന്‍' നടത്തുന്ന പ്രദീപ്‌ സര്‍ തുടങ്ങി അനേകരെ നന്ദിയോടെ ഓര്‍ക്കുന്നു. കേരളത്തിലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സംബന്ധമായ  ഏറ്റവും പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ബ്ലോഗായ 'മാത്സ് ബ്ലോഗിന്റെ' അണിയറ ശില്പികളായ ഹരി , നിസാര്‍ എന്നീ അദ്ധ്യാപകരോടുള്ള പ്രത്യേകം നന്ദിയും കടപ്പാടും രേഖപ്പെടുത്താതെ ഇത് പൂര്‍ണ്ണമാവില്ല. പേരെടുത്തു പറഞ്ഞില്ലെങ്കിലും മറ്റനേകം മുഖങ്ങള്‍ ഓര്‍ക്കുന്നു. എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും ഒറ്റ വാക്കില്‍ നന്ദി.............

              ആദ്യ മാസങ്ങളില്‍ ഞാനും എന്റെ അദ്ധ്യാപക വിദ്യാര്‍ഥി സുഹൃത്തുക്കളും മാത്രം സന്ദര്‍ശിച്ചിരുന്ന അവസ്ഥയില്‍ നിന്ന്  ബ്ലോഗ്‌ ഏറെ വളര്‍ന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. 


മാര്‍ച്ച്  23 - നു സന്ദര്‍ശനങ്ങള്‍ 10000 കടന്നപ്പോള്‍

        എട്ട്, ഒന്‍പത് , പത്ത് ക്ലാസുകള്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമായി തുടങ്ങി പിന്നീടത്‌ ഹയര്‍ സെക്കന്ററി, യു.പി. വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലേയ്ക്കും വളര്‍ന്നു. ദിവസവും ശരാശരി 4000 -  5000 സന്ദര്‍ശങ്ങള്‍ എന്നതാണ്  ഈ ഓണ പരീക്ഷക്ക്‌ മുമ്പ് വരെയുള്ള അവസ്ഥ. 

            ഓണ അവധിയുടെ ആലസ്യം വിട്ടുണരുമ്പോള്‍ ഇന്നത്തെ അവസ്ഥ ഇങ്ങനെ ....

    ബ്ലോഗ്‌ അദ്ധ്യാപക വിദ്യാര്‍ഥി ലോകത്തിന് പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുന്നു എന്നത് ആഹ്ലാദം പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നുവെങ്കിലും ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം കൂടുന്നു എന്നത് ചിലപ്പോഴെങ്കിലും ഭയം ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.  കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ പിന്തുണയില്‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചും ഇത് വരെ വഴി നടത്തിയ ഈശ്വരനില്‍ ശരണം പ്രാപിച്ചും മുന്നോട്ടു പോകുന്നു....

ഏവരുടെയും സഹകരണം ഇനിയുള്ള നാളുകളിലും പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് , പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് സഹബ്ലോഗര്‍മാരെ പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു കൊണ്ട്.....

Act For Humanity is a Non-profit organization founded by Mr. Esahaque Eswaramangalam and a group of young social workers during 2004, with Lt. Col. (Hon.) Dr. Mohanlal as its goodwill ambassador, aiming to fight against terrorism and fanatic activities. Act For Humanity aims to enhance the humanistic elements of each individual and prepare them to be tolerant, responsive, accountable and responsible social citizen.

      Indian Blood Bank is aimed at promoting the awareness of blood donation among the public.         Indian Blood Bank Society is registered as per The TCLSCS Registration Act XII of 1955 under the Government of Kerala. Initial operation of Indian Blood Bank shall be limited to Kerala and in the coming years its services shall be available all over India.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: അധ്യാപക പാക്കേജിനു മന്ത്രിസഭായോഗം അംഗീകാരം നല്‍കി. ഇതു പ്രാബല്യത്തില്‍ വരുന്നതോടെ സംസ്‌ഥാനത്തു ശമ്പളമില്ലാത്ത അധ്യാപകരുണ്ടാകില്ലെന്നു മന്ത്രിസഭായോഗത്തിന്റെ തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ വിശദീകരിച്ച്‌ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഉമ്മന്‍ചാണ്ടി പറഞ്ഞു.

  ശമ്പളമില്ലാതെ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന 3389 അധ്യാപകരുടെ നിയമനം 2011 ജൂണ്‍ ഒന്നുമുതല്‍ മുന്‍കാല പ്രാബല്യത്തോടെ അംഗീകരിക്കും. 2010-11 അധ്യയനവര്‍ഷം അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ട തസ്‌തികകളില്‍ രാജി, മരണം, പ്രമോഷന്‍, വിരമിക്കല്‍ എന്നീ കാരണങ്ങളാല്‍ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുളള ഒഴിവുകളില്‍ ഈ വര്‍ഷം നിയമനം ലഭിച്ച അധ്യാപകര്‍ക്കും അംഗീകാരം നല്‍കും.

   അധ്യാപക നിയമനത്തിനു റവന്യൂ ജില്ലാ തലത്തില്‍ ടീച്ചേഴ്‌സ് ബാങ്ക്‌ രൂപീകരിക്കും. 2987 പ്രൊട്ടക്‌ടഡ്‌ അധ്യാപകരും പ്രൊട്ടക്ഷന്‍ കാലാവധിക്കുശേഷം സ്‌ഥിരം തസ്‌തികകളില്‍ നിയമനം നേടിയവരും കുട്ടികളുടെ കുറവുമൂലം ജോലി നഷ്‌ടപ്പെട്ടവരുമായ 1700 പേരും ശമ്പളമില്ലാതെ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന 3389 പേരും ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ 8,076 അധ്യാപകര്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്ന ടീച്ചേഴ്‌സ് ബാങ്കായിരിക്കും രൂപീകരിക്കുക. പുതുക്കിയ അധ്യാപക-വിദ്യാര്‍ഥി അനുപാതം പ്രാവര്‍ത്തികമാക്കുമ്പോഴുണ്ടാകുന്ന ഒഴിവുകളില്‍ ആദ്യത്തേത്‌ ടീച്ചേഴ്‌സ് ബാങ്കില്‍നിന്നു നികത്തും.

  ഹ്രസ്വകാല ഒഴിവുകളിലേക്കു ടീച്ചേഴ്‌സ് ബാങ്കില്‍നിന്നു സ്‌കൂള്‍ മാനേജര്‍മാര്‍ക്കു തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാം. എയ്‌ഡഡ്‌ സ്‌കൂളുകളില്‍ ബാക്കിയുണ്ടാകുന്ന ഒഴിവുകളില്‍ മാനേജര്‍ക്കു നിയമനം നടത്താന്‍ അധികാരമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും. ടീച്ചേഴ്‌സ് ബാങ്കില്‍നിന്ന്‌ അധ്യാപകന്‍ ലഭ്യമല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം 48 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളില്‍ യോഗ്യതയുള്ള അധ്യാപകനെ നിയമിക്കാന്‍ മാനേജര്‍മാര്‍ക്ക്‌ അധികാരമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും.

 പുതുക്കിയ അനുപാതപ്രകാരമുള്ള (1:30, 1:35) അധിക അധ്യാപക തസ്‌തികകളില്‍ ശമ്പളമില്ലാതെ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന, അതത്‌ സ്‌കൂളിലെ അധ്യാപകനു പ്രഥമ പരിഗണന ലഭിക്കും. അടുത്തതായി ടീച്ചേഴ്‌സ് ബാങ്കിലെ ഒരാളെ നിയമിക്കും. കൂടാതെ അതതു സ്‌കൂളിലെ അര്‍ഹതപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്‌റ്റില്‍നിന്നു ക്രമപ്രകാരം നിയമനം നടത്തും.

   ഓരോ സ്‌കൂളിലെയും അര്‍ഹരുടെ സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്‌റ്റ് ഒരുമാസത്തിനകം തയാറാക്കണം. പരാതികള്‍ക്കൂടി പരിശോധിച്ച്‌ സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്‌റ്റിന്‌ അന്തിമരൂപം നല്‍കും. ഇത്തരം നടപടികള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയ ശേഷം മാത്രമേ എയ്‌ഡഡ്‌ സ്‌കൂളുകളില്‍ പുതിയ അധ്യാപക നിയമനം നടത്താവൂ. അതിനു സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ അനുമതി തേടണം. നിലവില്‍ മാനേജരും ഡി.ഇ.ഒയും അറിഞ്ഞാല്‍ മതിയായിരുന്നുവെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.

  സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്‌റ്റ് തയാറാകുന്നതോടെ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ശമ്പളമില്ലാത്ത മുഴുവന്‍ അധ്യാപകര്‍ക്കും ശമ്പളം ലഭിക്കും. എയ്‌ഡഡ്‌ സ്‌കൂളുകളിലെ അധ്യാപകര്‍ക്കു ശമ്പളം നല്‍കാനുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രധാനാധ്യാപകനായിരിക്കും.

   പുതിയ അധ്യാപകനിയമനത്തിന്‌ അടിസ്‌ഥാന യോഗ്യതയായി ടീച്ചേഴ്‌സ് എലിജിബിലിറ്റി ടെസ്‌റ്റ് നിര്‍ബന്ധമാക്കും. നിലവില്‍ എല്ലാ സ്‌കൂളിലെയും സ്‌പെഷലിസ്‌റ്റ് അധ്യാപകരെ ടീച്ചേഴ്‌സ് ബാങ്കില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തി അവരുടെ സേവനം മുഴുവന്‍ സ്‌കൂളിലും ലഭ്യമാക്കും. ഇവരുടെ ഒഴിവുകള്‍ ഭാവിയില്‍ പി.എസ്‌.സി. വഴി നികത്തും. പുതുക്കിയ അനുപാതപ്രകാരം വരുന്ന അധിക തസ്‌തിക നിര്‍ണയത്തിന്‌ യുണൈറ്റഡ്‌ ഐ.ഡി. നിര്‍ബന്ധമാക്കും.

   കുട്ടികളുടെ എണ്ണം പെരുപ്പിച്ചുകാട്ടുന്ന അധ്യാപകര്‍ക്കെതിരേ കര്‍ശന നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കും. അധ്യാപകരെക്കൊണ്ട്‌ അവധിയെടുപ്പിച്ചശേഷം ഈ ഒഴിവില്‍ പുതിയ നിയമനം നടത്തുന്ന നടപടി അവസാനിപ്പിക്കും. അനാവശ്യമായി തസ്‌തികകള്‍ സൃഷ്‌ടിച്ചു നിയമനം നടത്തുന്ന സാഹചര്യം ഇനിയുണ്ടാകില്ലെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
